“I’ve been compiling a list, taking screenshots and making mental notes of different activities I’ve seen across the internet on offer to everyone.”
Since the official ‘lockdown’ was announced almost 3 weeks ago in the UK due to the coronavirus crisis, I’ve been compiling a list, taking screenshots and making mental notes of different activities I’ve seen across the internet on offer to everyone. Whether it’s free access to fitness apps, live cook alongs, tutorials or ways you can help the NHS, there’s so much on offer to all of us to hopefully make our time at home that little bit more enjoyable.
So instead of keeping all of these ideas to myself, I thought I’d share them with all of you guys: 40 activities to get involved with when you #stayathome. It will hopefully mean you can indulge in a new activity or two during this time, as well as supporting smaller businesses (in some cases) while you’re at it too!
And whilst we’re on the subject of supporting small businesses, Victoria did a great blog post recently, sharing over 101 small businesses that you could support during this uncertain time. So if you’re in the position to purchase a gift for your loved ones, fancy a tasty treat to yourself or want to spruce up your home, it’s definitely worth a read too.
For ease, I’ve broken them down into categories for you, so feel free to scroll to the category of interest! I hope this is helpful and gives you some ideas of things you can be doing to stay safe and #stayathome.
